General information:
The Pinzgauer cattle is one of the last indigenous alpine breeds with great toughness and adaptability due to their native terrain. Owing to its good maternal qualities and docile temperament, it is being increasingly used for raising cattle with dams – the meat is of superior quality, featuring a fine-grained, juicy and well-marbled texture.
